Applicants must possess:-

·         An up to date Queensland real-estate sales certificate or better

·         A minimum of 6 months real estate sales experience

·         Strong work ethics & mature attitude

·         Ability to complete required listing and contract paperwork

·         Ability to work independently and be part of a great team

·         Professional attitude and appearance

·         Highly motivated and willing to strive to achieve

·         Good communication skills

·         Excellent organisational skills

·         Customer focused with a never give up attitude

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         A positive attitude with high standards

·         Ability to do appraisals and obtain listings

·         Computer savvy

·         good sense of humour

·         flexible approach to working hours

·         Modern reliable car & drivers licence

·         Have a willingness to learn new things

·         Have a huge passion and desire for real estate sales.

·         A true interest and commitment to real estate

·         An eagerness to earn top commission (eg $100K+)
